National Science and Technology Major Project "Integrated Application of Domestic High-end CNC Machine Tool for Passenger Car Powertrain" passed the acceptance
On October 9, 2021, the national science and technology major project "Integrated Application of Domestic High-end CNC Machine Tools for Passenger Car Powertrain", led by Shanghai Jiaotong University Zhibang Technology Co., Ltd., was undertaken at the user site Zhejiang Xinke Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. The company passed the acceptance of the comprehensive performance evaluation expert group. Su Zheng, director of the Industrial Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting. The subject acceptance expert group leader was Wang Liming, secretary general of China Machine Tool Industry Association. Shanghai Jiaotong University Zhibang Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing Function Platform Co., Ltd., Neway CNC Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, Zhejiang Xinke Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. and other project participants made reports respectively, and the demonstration application unit Zhejiang Xinke Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the product application and test verification.
The comprehensive performance evaluation expert group listened to the overall situation of the project and the report on the completion of each sub-project, conducted an on-site inspection of the new energy vehicle gearbox manufacturing demonstration production line, consulted relevant materials and conducted detailed inquiries. After careful deliberation, the project was unanimously accepted.
This project is oriented to the processing technology of key components of new energy vehicle transmission. Through the research of key technologies such as lightweight design, reliability design and electromechanical-hydraulic collaborative design, the development of 3 high-reliability and precision horizontal machining center products has been completed. And the development of a high-speed horizontal machining center driven by a linear motor, after engineering assessment and verification and third-party testing, the machine tool key process processing capability index Cpk ≥ 1.67, and the single machine reliability index MTBF reached 3018 hours.
With the three high-reliability and precision horizontal machining centers developed by the subject as the core, a demonstration production line for the manufacture of new energy vehicle gearboxes has been constructed. The production line adopts a flexible production line control system, with an annual production capacity of 75,000 pieces. The co-line production and flexible production change of various types of products have been evaluated as the first set of equipment by the China Machine Tool Industry Association.
The reliability index MTBF of the horizontal machining center developed by the subject has reached 3018 hours, which is in the domestic leading and international advanced level. The successful implementation of this subject will greatly improve the market competitiveness of domestic high-end machine tool products, and is of great significance to promoting domestic high-end machine tools to enter the field of new energy vehicle manufacturing.
